We would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to our Architectural Review Committee. The Committee views as its principal mission the maintenance of the value and quality of our community by assisting future homeowners and businesses in developing  their property in accordance with the Deed Restrictions and Covenants ascribed to South Gulf Cove. It is imperative that the review procedure begins before the permitting process.  If this is the first experience you have had building in South Gulf Cove, we look forward to working with you.

     Please complete the Application and return it, along with all building plans, site plan, exterior colors samples, roofing material and color sample, and type of driveway material and a $100.00 check made payable to the South Gulf Cove Homeowners Association Inc. for consideration and approval prior to permitting.  The Architectural Guidelines also enclosed to assist you in the requirements and needed information for review. 

     Our response will be timely, and will not delay your construction.

 No construction can be started prior to the Architectural Review Committee review and approval.
