Sunday, March 24th, 11:00 AM TO 2:00 PM at the HOA Pavilion on Ingraham Blvd.|
There will be an Art Show, 4 food trucks....1) Sunny Days Ice Cream, Miss Sharon’s Dawg House and Hometown Grill and Catering, Italian Ice, and face-painting for the children, as well as other family friendly activities like Corn Hole & Horse shoe pitching. And - a Popcorn Machine!

On March 30, 2019 the SGC CERT will be hosting A Parrot Head Party at the HOA Pavilion.
Food will be served from 5:00 pm until 6:00 pm. Beverages served from 5:00 pm til they’re gone.
Doors open at 4:30 pm
Ticket sales are limited to 150 and the ticket cost is $20.00 each, which includes food, entertainment, water, soda and “adult beverages” which cannot be provided to nor consumed by any person under the age of 21.
Tickets are available til there ain‘t no more. U.S. currency is cheerfully accepted. Checks should be made payable to SGC CERT/CCT. SORRY, No refunds. The event numbered ticket is required for entry and service.
The proceeds from this event assist the South Gulf Cove CERT group with its Community service efforts. Thank you for your support.

|APRIL ARC MEETING|

This is the regularly scheduled meeting of the HOA's Architectural Review Committee on the first Thursday of each month. All ARC review applications for construction within the SGC subdivision need to be submitted prior to this date if your project is scheduled to begin in April. Incomplete packages will not be reviewed until any missing information is suppled for the review in May. Current application forms may be printed out from this website located under General Info / ARC info & Forms. Please refer to the instructions on the application form for a list of required items to be submitted. Complete application packages may be mailed to SGCHOA ARC, 14859 Ingraham Blvd.,
Port Charlotte, FL 33981 or placed in the gray drop box at the pavilion driveway entrance.

This is the regular monthly meeting of the Board of Directors for April, 2019. This meeting is NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC - Only HOA members in good standing may attend to observe and speak to items brought up for discussion.
|SGC "WHOLE HOG" PIG ROAST|
Saturday, May 4th, TBD at the HOA Pavilion on Ingraham Blvd.|
A TRADITIONAL CAROLINA "PIG PICKIN" The main course will be a whole roasted hog prepared "Carolina Style", and supplied by an experienced barbeque vendor, along with the appropriate sides, sauces, plates and utensils. $10 per person for members, and $20 per person for non member SGC residents and guests. This does not include dessert, so we are asking for folks to bring a dessert dish to share.
