On behalf of the South Gulf Cove Homeowners Association we would like to welcome you to South Gulf Cove and extend an invitation for you to join our Association.
We are an active group of volunteers working for the betterment of the community and the preservation of our property values. As property/homeowners, it is important for you to stay at the pulse of what is happening in your neighborhood and have your voice heard. Each member of the Homeowners Association has a vote on issues put before the membership.
You will be able to read our monthly newsletter, NEWS AND VIEWS, in the “Members only” section of our website, www.southgulfcovefl.org. There are lots of interesting and fun programs scheduled, as well as some exciting long range plans including the master plan for the Pavilion property on Ingraham Blvd.
Recent events have included an Easter Egg Hunt, 4th of July and Halloween parades and parties for the delight of all age groups.
General membership programs vary, we receive a monthly Sheriffs Report, hold “Candidate Nights”
during election time, have Guest Speakers, and receive Committee Reports. The approved designs for 4 stately entrance signs off Rte 771 are on the Charlotte County construction schedule for October 2008.
Our meetings are held every 3rd Wednesday of the month, 7:00 PM at the Rotonda American Legion Post #113, 3435 Indiana Place, Placida.
