Welcome to South Gulf Cove Homeowners Association (HOA).  We hope you will join/renew your membership.  Dues are currently $120.00/year, a value compared to the surrounding communities!
 
The HOA consists of volunteers working for the betterment of the community and the preservation of our property values.  As property/homeowners, it is important for you to stay informed about what is happening in the community and have your voice heard.  Membership enables you to vote on issues and gives you access to the membership-only section of this website.  There you will find the monthly newsletter, News and Views, and the organization’s financial information.
 
All South Gulf Cove residents are invited to attend the monthly General Membership meeting, but only members can raise issues and vote!  Typical monthly meetings include reports from the Board, Committees, and guest speakers, such as the Charlotte County Sheriff or representatives from the MSBUs.  Our meetings are held monthly on the 3rd Wednesday at 7:00 pm at the HOA Clubhouse (14859 Ingraham Blvd., Port Charlotte, FL. 33981).
 
Please join us now and help shape the future of South Gulf Cove by filling out the membership application or renewal form, following the instructions on the application.  If you are already a member, you can also use the Change Form to update any demographics or interests.
