About Us

The South Gulf Cove Homeowners Association, Inc. was created in 1982 to promote the health, safety and welfare of property owners and residents of the association. To own, acquire, build, operate or maintain recreational facilities for the benefit of the homeowner’s, including, but not limited to parks, playgrounds, commons, open spaces, streets, bicycle paths, footways and a meeting hall. To do any other thing that in the opinion of the majority of the members, will promote the common benefit and enjoyment of the homeowners.
 
The South Gulf Cove Homeowners Association, Inc. is a voluntary organization. To become a member you must be of legal age, a record owner of a fee or undivided fee interest in any home, property or living unit within the boundaries of the subdivision known as South Gulf Cove.
 
All officers, directors, committee chairpersons and members are unpaid volunteers, and donate their time for the benefit of all the property owners in the community of South Gulf Cove.
 
We encourage all residents and property owners to join and become involved in our homeowner association. You can click here to fill out your Membership Application and submit the application with payment.
 
A few of the many benefits you receive as a member in the HOA is our monthly newsletter called the News & Views, as well as access to our pavilion for private occasions.
 
The Homeowner Association meetings are held the Third (3rd) Wednesday of every month, 6 PM at the HOA Clubhouse at 14859 Ingraham Blvd.
