The SGC HOA is a voluntary organization. It is the only HOA in SGC.
For the most expedient method to order an Estoppel Letter, please visit www.estoppel.com. Add the property address for which you need an Estoppel Letter to the "Place Order" search. Once you have added the property, you can pay and complete it as a guest on the site, or you can create a user account and place your order form inside. The SGC HOA processing fee for the Estoppel Letter is $50.00 for normal service (7-10 day turnaround) or $75.00 for expedited service (3 business day turnaround) and the estoppel.com service fee is $20.
Alternatively, you may send your request, via U.S. mail or FedEx, or drop it off at the SGC HOA mailbox. Your request must include your Estoppel Letter and a $50.00 check payable to SGC HOA for the processing fee. The Estoppel Letter and check should indicate the property address. Please provide a return U.S. postal address. The executed Estoppel Letter will be returned ONLY by U.S. mail.
