Add the property address for which you need an Estoppel Letter to the "Place Order" search.
Once you have added the property, you can pay and complete it as a guest on the site,
or you can create a user account and place your order form inside.
The SGC HOA processing fee for the Estoppel Letter is $50.00 for normal service
(7-10 day turnaround) or $75.00 for expedited service (3 business day turnaround).
The estoppel.com service fee is $29.
Or you may send your request, via U.S. mail or FedEx, or drop it in the grey SGC HOA mailbox.
Your request must include your Estoppel Letter and a $50.00 check
payable to SGC HOA for the processing fee.
The Estoppel Letter and check should indicate the property address.
Please provide a return U.S. postal address.
The executed Estoppel Letter will be returned ONLY by U.S. mail.
