SGC HOA Clubhouse and Patio Reservations
- The SGC HOA rents the HOA Clubhouse and Patio to HOA members and SGC residents.
- HOA members are entitled to reserve the Clubhouse at significantly reduced rates.
- Clubhouse Reservations cannot be made by mail, telephone and or text.
- Online reservations must be made a minimum of 7 days in advance of the event.
- Reservations are submitted by clicking "Reserve the Clubhouse" in the drop down menu and completing Online Reservation Form, the preferred method.
- Members and Member-Guest MUST log into the website to reserve the clubhouse.
- Non Members will receive instructions when clicking "Reserve the Clubhouse", "Select Amenity" and selecting "Clubhouse Non-Member.
- Paper applications must be received 14 days in advance of the event.
- Paper applications can be filled out and emailed as a PDF to reservations@southgulfcovefl.org
- The Online Reservation Form will automatically show you all available days and times, and show previously reserved times as blocked.
- Email any questions to the Reservationist at reservations@southgulfcovefl.org
- If payment for the Clubhouse is not received when requested, the Reservation will be canceled.
